The worst hotel I have stayed. Room not clean bed cover has a lot of human hair, snack papers,empty beer bottle 10/28/17
First review I have ever submitted. I wasn't expecting much it was only an overnight pit stop stay but this place was a dump. Completely disgusted with the conditions. Asked for smoke free room was given room that smelled of mildew had tattered curtains the bathroom floor needed mopping, basic housekeeping was nonexistent grateful that bedding were at least fresh. Rooms had patios with in-door type seating that had gotten wet and was stained and mildewing completely unusable. Pictures on the website are truly deceiving. This experience has left me questioning as to whether or not Quality Inn performs quality inspections on the properties that they hang their name over Truly Disappointed. If it had not been for the fact that we were all so exhausted we would have left and tried to find another place. Will do my best to avoid Quality Inns in the future. Stayed at Fairfield Inn and Suites the next day it was such a great experience a complete 180 degrees
Quality inn. Carlisle PA. All ok. I liked the 10:30am breakfast ending. Toilet a little dirty and had weird flusher mechanism. Otherwise Room clean and I liked the tiny gym
My husband and I were attending a family reunion nearby and we didn't need a super fancy place to stay. However, we were appalled by what we found at this hotel. The entire hotel stank (mainly the hallway and even our room) There was trash under the desk, a small hole in the ceiling tile right above where the bed was, the floor was uneven, the pillows were disgusting and we were a little hesitant to crawl into the sheets. We finally managed to fall asleep after about 2 hours of tossing and turning (I had to keep my hand over my nose to help drown out the smell). The final straw was when I went to get in the shower the next morning, I was stunned to find that there was no shower knob--it was completely missing!!! There was no way to turn on the shower, there was just this screw sticking out! So I called the front desk and explained and we decided we could not stay the next night at this hotel, so we cancelled the next night and reserved a room at a different hotel (best decision!). Also, breakfast was quite disappointing. We went in knowing that the Quality
Inn would be a lower-end hotel, however, we feel like a hole in the ceiling and no shower knob is unacceptable. We will never stay at this hotel again.
Nice big room, comfortable, and clean. Free breakfast was okay. Upon our second stay : There was a sign that said they are renovating, and I hope they do because this place needs it. Recommend if you're looking for a cheaper place to stay, this should float your boat.
