Came in the Mattress Warehouse in Carlisle where Kyle helped us out big time! Austin and I went through the mattress test to find us the best mattress. Unfortunately I was only approved for $500.00 and he was able to help us financially! Very down to earth and so helpful! Thank you so much Kyle!!
I had a very good experience when I recently purchased a mattress at Mattress Warehouse. Kyle was very knowledgeable but not pushy during the purchase. The delivery went very smoothly. The delivery was on time and the men were polite, efficient and neat. I would recommend others to visit Mattress Warehouse in Carlisle for their mattress purchase.
We purchased a high quality mattress along with an adjustable base at the Carlisle store on Noble Drive. ($4K) A week later we were having issues with our mattress and visited the store to speak with our salesperson Tyler. When we proceeded to tell him the issue he was rude and combative, stating that we had to sleep on the mattress for 30 days then come back if we still had problems to exchange it for a different one. We tried explaining we understand their store policy but that we did not feel it needed "broken-in" that there may be something wrong with it. The mattress is is not even remotely like the one on their floor and maybe it was labeled wrong. He explained their mattresses on the floor are over 9 months old and worn and it will feel different. All during our conversation he was very rude. I asked for the name and contact info of their district sales manager and he did not want to give me that. I finally was able to get the name and called the Mechanicsburg store for his contact info. That store was willing to work with us to resolve the issue. I'm not accustomed to posting a rating/review but felt it was necessary for people to know that you may face poor customer service, when purchasing from the Carlisle store. I do not understand how a company can employ a rude salesperson like Tyler to represent them.
Our visit to the store went well. We had an excellent sales person, Alex. She spent a great deal of time making sure that the product she was recommending was right for us. Delivery went smoothly and the delivery men worked hard to set up the new mattress with care.
My fiancé and I just bought a mattress from here. We walked in not sure what we needed. The bed match system helped a lot. We tried out a few and found one that we both liked despite our differences in mattress softness. They quoted us (which was a great cost for a temper pedic mattress with the labor day sale), let us go home and talk and return a few days later and keeping the price the same. Our mattress came 2 days ago, it was fast and easy. Everyone we worked with was very nice. Highly recommend using them.
