Incredible experience. I came in recently from moving here and they got me in within a day and took the extra time to work the records transfer for my dog. Furthermore, then really put time into checking him over and ensuring that repetitive tests were not carried out for the sake of carrying them out by checking all his paperwork carefully from his earlier vet out of state. Without doubt, I am completely impressed.
This was my go to office for over ten years. I brought each of my fur babies here and loved the service and care. Until they hired the Vet laura. She was very rude and talked very contradicting like. Kept suggesting I put my 8 week old puppy down because he had birth issues. Then tried to push blame on me when he swallowed a needle and had to be rushed to an emergency vet she told me it was all my fault. And told me not to return to this Vet. I brought him to a specialist for a second opinion when she diagnosed him with his condition but she still felt the need to send his X-rays to her specialist to get a second opinion and charged me for it. I’ve been trying to get ahold of billing or the owner of the vet to talk about things. Yesterday I received a letter saying they were sending me to collections for the second opinion that I never approved. I will never come back.
we woke up to a very sick puppy and they fit us right in same day loved the staff we have a very shy puppy and they were above and beyond wonderful with her anyone asks me of a local vet to recommend they will be getting mine!!!! Thank you our baby is feeling much better already

I got to my appointment early to find out it was an hour later than I thought. That's fine, my bad. But that left my cat sitting in a create for over an hour. There was no offer to even attempt to fit me in or give me a place to let my cat out. Then came my actual appointment time. And we continued to sit. 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to begin, I left because I had to go to work. I took my cat in simply to get a microchip and a vaccine. No exam, no physical, no extensive testing. And I sat in that waiting room with no employee even talking to me or offering anything to meet my cat's basic needs.
