Dr Buchanan is wonderful
They have been Absolutely Amazing, Patient, Knowledgeable, & Very Kind.
Allen Road is a wonderful clinic full of staff that truly care about the well being of their animal and human patients. We began frequenting them about 6 years ago and just fell in love with Dr. Stoner. They've now cared for 5 Great Danes for us and I can't think of a better place. Dr. Buchanan and Lorraine make sure our dogs are comfortable and happy during their visit and they make sure I feel comfortable with the treatment plan as well.
Great doctors
I'm very irate. First off they messed up appointment and we had to re start an entire Lyme booster series for my dog and had to re pay for it! Then we brought our other dog there and they checked him out under the wrong person and wrong dog. We paid for it and they let us leave before they figured it out, now they expect me to come back in and pay another $107 more for their billing error. If this was medical billing it would if been a law suit. We not be continuing to see this vet. they are not up to par, I highly recommend you stay away.
