I was optimistic in thinking that this place was going to be so friendly and helpful , but I was wrong. The security guard has such an attitude an ignorant disposition and the way he was shaking his head in disgust and mumbling under his breath about people who are there to GET HELP was astonishing! I mean if you don't want to be in that line of work why not quit? My caseworker was rude and ignorant when I went I. For my face to face interview, she turned me away for a divergent not even having her facts straight , then come to find out she was wrong she did call me back and it just so happens I was eligible ! She did apologize and all was well however she also told me that it didn't cover car insurance , come to find out that was wrong again ! I was granted this until I started my job to cover rent and my cell phone , it's been a week later and I've left messages, put I tickets explaining that I need the money before I get evicted because my landlord warned me . I have not heard a single word , I can't even get a call back yet alone reach the office OR contact any kind of "supervisor " I thought the county I'm from was bad but it is golden compared to this type of treatment , everyone seemed to have a snobby or rude manner about them except the nice woman at the front with the glasses! I'm disgusted , I understand there is a high volume of people in need but doing your job and doing your job right should be a priority! I'm so frustrated as to what to do being as I can't even make it in there due to long work hours ! I'm going to try and find a supervisor who can actually contact me or write anyone I can think of concerning this situation and this place !
Can never get ahold of anyone. Cuts benefits quickly but processing an application takes forever. Good luck with that. Smh.

I have been trying to get EBT for over a month. My ex walked out on me and our my 1 year old son. I'm unemployed with zero income but for some reason they are dragging their butt on my application. every time i send the required paperwork they "misplace" it or simply don't do anything with it. I have called and left numerous messages, sent a couple emails and NOTHING. MY SON NEEDS FOOD
