If I could give zero stars I would. The way I have seen other people and myself be treated from here by the office staff is so wrong. It is truly a joke. Luckily in our area there are plenty of other options, stay away from carlisle hospital and carlisle women's health specialist if you are going to have a baby, you WILL regret it later if you don't.
After consistently canceling/rescheduling my appointments last minute and sending me the wrong prescriptions in the mail i decided to switch doctor's. After the switch they tried to charge me 99 cents per page to send my medical records to my new physician. I had a 47 page record, which amounts to $46.53 for the transfer of medical records. This office takes advantage of being the only women's health office in the area.
Absolutely love the staff and doctors. They are all so helpful and friendly and make you feel at ease about that dreaded yearly. Def. recommended! Even When I moved to Harrisburg, it was worth the drive!

On my very first consultation (which they canceled the day before) the Doctor came in and started telling me all about how he was getting a divorce. It was unreal. They called me about my benefits a few days later and I returned the call and left a message. No one got back to me so I called again and it turned out one of the ladies was on maternity leave, so they transferred me to someone else and it went straight to a voicemail saying they would have limited access to their voicemail! It was a joke and I'll wait another month or however long it takes to get an appt somewhere else before I'll go back here again.
