Like the last review, I found the staff to be terrific, with one exception. The receptionist needs to be coached in her people skills. If I want to feel like no one cares, she's the perfect person to talk to. She never smiles, the tone in her voice makes you feel like you dared to bother her. She is a poor representation of an otherwise pleasant staff.

I was referred to Dr Kosenski by a friend who lives in California. I was amazed and excited to see this doctor for all of the praise and information she provided to me. I have a few concerns with the doctor but he seemed truly genuine as to the help he could provide to me.
Dr Kosenske is great, but his front office staff have a lot to learn about customer based care. I can't believe how rude I was treated on the phone and in the office. At $1500.00 an hour, one would hope you could get better help designed to bring patients in, not chase them away.
