The sales rep I had with very courteous and nice at checkout. She even helps me when my coupon would not scan properly from my phone.

I had previously have this store 4 stars. But as of lately they never seem to have the yarn, card stock, tape etc I need. Seems like the selection of items is not as a wide variety as use to be. Time to find a new craft store. And the employees never seem to know where anything.
