Small for a 'mall', but has two anchor stores & chain stores in middle that draw a sedate crowd (local sporting goods store, Joanns' crafts, Bath & Body Works, martial arts studio, etc) and at least one small-chain restaurant (Neato Burrito) with a dedicated following. A community mall with steep history of area displayed on interior wall.
It's a shopping center. Fairly new. Not much else to say.

Nice small City Mall! Please stay open and occupied! Our area needs a place like this - please fill up all the vacant stores!
