Rent goes up every year. And a lot of people are moving out. There is a lot of empty lots. Might just as well but a house on your own lot..just as cheap
The condition of the streets isn't very good. I live here and I believe the lot rent is too high. They raised it November of every year this year they raised it $20.
Horrible management, rent goes up every year but the park is falling apart, been here 10 years and they have never trimmed our trees even though they are dying and falling all over peoples houses. The pool is nice. People are generally friendly
The worst I've ever lived the managed is rude. They never hold up their end of maintenance around the park. There are serious sewage problems, so the side or your house will always stink. The "free" cable is always out, and the water gets shut off at least once a month. Don't move here!!! I can't wait to get out.
