I had Bitner Brothers put on a roof 2 years ago. I have since learned that they did not complete the job. They never put on the flashing I was charged for and missed many of the Ridge Cap shingles. I have reached out to them many many times. Three times they promised to have someone come out to fix it and all three times they did not show. I now leave 5- 10 messages a day and I am not getting any response. I would recommend you choose any other roofer it cannot be worse.
The owner came to my house to write an estimate for a renovation. After not hearing from him for two weeks I call and send an email asking for my estimate. Another week goes by and the office lady generously says "she will get to the bottom of it today" and even calls back later to say "I'll get to the bottom of it tomorrow". Another week goes by and I get a call asking "if I am ready to go ahead with my estimate". I say "do you think I could see it???". Needless to say, she did not have a copy of the estimate... fantastic work wasting my time Bitner Brothers.
My experience with Bitner Brothers construction has been great! After having a terrible experience with another company, I called them after meeting their representatives at the Hershey Lodge presentation. I am more than pleased with them. They are always on time and the quality of their work is great. I have had numerous jobs completed by them over the past three years and never had a problem.....
We contracted Bitner Brothers Construction to come to our property and put a brand new roof on over the summer. Their salesman was incredibly professional and very honest about the length of time it would take for the guys to come out and complete the project. When the roofers showed up they were professional and addressed all of our issues that were stated in the contract. We will definitely be contacting them again in the future.
The work completed is extremely poor quality. Do not use these people for any drywall work. They are messy and clean up is almost non existent. Work that was to be completed in one week, took two months. Since the completion of work this past Thursday, I am forced to have someone go over the drywall work that was done. Problem after problem arose from this from a switch being installed upside down, to the tech not having the appropriate tools/items for repairs. Drywall mud was at another job site, 'quick' dry mud was out, and sanding sponges out. On final day, tech damaged wall in hallway that now needs fixed. I emailed the company and have yet to receive a response. At this point, I do NOT even want to hear back from them.
