Had everything I needed. If you go in the evening it's easy to to find a available sales associate for assistance. Very friendly cashier and speedy checkout.
I’ve come to this location multiple times for the past couple of months to purchase large quantities of paint and other hardware supplies. The man who works at the paint counter is purposely unhelpful and very rude. This was not just one encounter, it was every single interaction I’ve had with him. I bring paint samples and ask his opinion, but he is unwilling to help. He is by no means customer service oriented. I will be taking all of my business elsewhere.
Stopped by again today around 4:30pm to go in the garden section for flowers. At one point, there was 5 employees there and not a single one offered us any help. The one lady informed us the cash register would be closed and we would have to go inside if we bought anything. A few minutes later, I started approaching her to ask for help, but she looked like she didn't want to be bothered and was too busy talking to another employee.
Had to return light that I purchased couple of days ago. When I opened the "New" light it was a used light that was broken not the same item as shown on box and had been altered by the previous owner. Returned items in boxes should be checked to ensure that the right/same type item is in the box
Best Home Improvement Store in Carlisle. Nicest employees. Very helpful.
Stopped by yesterday late afternoon, not one single person offered us help in the garden center, too busy talking to one another about their personal lives. The lady in the paint section did though, and was very friendly.
