Bill installed a Pioneer touch screen stereo with all the bells and whistles including a back-up camera in our 2006 Mustang GT. It was a high quality professional installation and I was very happy with the experience. I has a problem with the stereo and Bill replaced it with a new one, no questions asked and free of charge. I also had a small issue with the back-up camera which Bill took care of free of charge. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking to have quality work done on their electronics installations or upgrades.
I intend to use these folks to do all the work on our cars and vans. Great experience! I even came back a week later and they took good care of me.

I was so impressed with Bill’s work on my stereo upgrade to my 2016 Jeep Wrangler, I took my son’s 2014 Wrangler there too. Bill has a passion for his work and the quality shows...and at a reasonable price. Treat your ears to an upgrade at Sound Innovations. You’ll be glad you did.
The woman running this place is the most unprofessional witch I have ever encountered in my life . Bill was nice , but she needs to be hidden in the back , away from mankind, will never ever consider doing any business here , of ANY sort . I would gve her 0 stars if Google would let me. And as a point of reference , I train salesmen, business owners , and CSR' s for a living ... STAY AWAY !!!!!!
