I would give zero stars if that was an option. It took more than 30 min to order body wash. They did two separate orders and charged me twice. The sales clerk tried to put her email in the confirmation so I wouldn't get an alert but I caught it and insisted she use mine. I called customer service they would not cancell the fraudulent order!
No stars for the Lancome makeup counter! Associate on the phone complaining (yes, I could clearly hear the conversation) to her boss. Did not even acknowledge me when she saw me. I'm also in retail sales. Inexcusable!
