I used to rent with this company all the time. I will never try again. Planned a trip to go to the Baltimore Aquarium for my kids and grandkids. Made a reservation, ran into a few issues with documents but still had reservation. Got an email explaining some details, called back into the office and they said everything was good to go. Run all around getting what they said we needed just to show up and they tell us we need different papers. Got everything together, my son shows up this morning to get the van and they say sorry we dont have a van available. I called they said they didnt have a reservation and they could not get us in a car til 3pm. Now.. I have 5 kids ready to go no van again. Went to budget they were more than happy to help us. They will get oyt continued business from here on out
Kyle and his staff run a top-notch operation. They are professional in the truest sense-always courteous and helpful especially on those last-minute changes. I would highly recommend this business because there is no equal.
If you are in a jam, do not expect this place to be reliable. We came in looking for literally ANYTHING, and due to the car show, all the cars had been reserved. The man in the office called locations in Mechanicsburg and Camp Hill, which also had nothing. He was quite understanding and apologetic for the situation. When I asked if ANYONE had any available rent-a-car, I was informed by the woman that "I could do that, but it would be a waste of our resources. It would be an inconvenience to any actual customers coming in after you." She wasn't even aware of what AAA was.
great experience here. The young man at the counter couldn't have been nicer. We were traveling and our car had a sudden mechanical problem and we needed a rental fast. This place had us back on the road in no time. Much appreciated. !
